We are privately owned bakers who strive to create the ultimate hand rolled flapjacks to challenge your taste buds with their wholesome goodness and mouth watering flavours.

After several million flapjacks we believe we’ve picked up a thing or two about flapjacks. We always ensure that only the best of ingredients make it into our bakery so only the best flapjacks make it to you.

Environmental Policy

We responsibly manage materials and waste to reduce our environmental impact and efficiency constantly. A thorough review started in 2014 and from this we introduced L.E.D. lighting throughout and purchased and fitted new energy efficient ovens and low water usage washing processes. With the rolling program of improvements in place we have also included a concerted effort to foster a culture of environmental awareness amongst the staff. Higates Ltd hopes to demonstrate it’s ethical commitment to improving the quality of life , locally and globally in the immediate term and for generations to come.
